안녕하세요 버섯돌이 유재성입니다.
포스팅 후에도 틈틈이 내용을 다듬다 보니 수정이 잦네요.^^
작성한지 오래된 글은 가급적 제 블로그의 원본 글(글 링크)을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
1년 이상 눈 여겨 보던 제품이라 개인적으로는 이번 행사에서는 이 제품을 노리고 있으며
국내에서 가장 많이 구매하고 평이 가장 좋은 제품 중 하나인 슈퍼 콘덴서 기반의 제품입니다.
광군제를 제외하면 이번 알리익스프레스 트랜드 스포팅 이벤트에 어느 정도 최적화된 제품이 아닐까 싶기도합니다.
2.7V 100F 슈퍼콘덴서 16개로 구성된 제품이며 제공된 12V 10A 어댑터를 이용해서 스폿을해도 되지만...
12V 10A의 전원 공급이 가능한 휴대용 외부 전원을 만들어서 휴대용으로도 많이들 사용합니다.
슈퍼콘덴서 기반의 제품이라 리포 배터리기반의 제품 보다 장기간 보관및 사용 가능합니다.
케이스를 제외한 전체 부품이 판매되기 때문에 저렴하며 국내 구매자들의 평이 상당히 좋습니다.
슈퍼 콘덴서 기반의 제품이라 가격이 비싼 편이지만 후기를 보면 휴대용 제품 중에서는 성능이 가장 좋다는 것 같습니다.
18650 배터리를 스폿할 일은 거의 없지만 제품을 수령하면 일반 배터리 기반으로 간단한 사용기를 올리겠습니다.*^^*
또한 STL 파일이 있어서 필요하면 3D 프린터를 이용해서 케이스는 출력할 수 있으며 2.5T 니켈도 문제없이 스폿 가능합니다.

개인적으로 큰 차이는 없을 듯싶지만 약간 더 저렴한 유사 제품이 있는데....
사용기나 답변을 보면 저가 제품은 이 제품에 사용된 부품과 재료가 다르며 이 제품이 2T도 문제없이 검증되었다는 것 같더군요.
그래서 국내 구매자들의 경우 대부분 조금 더 비싸도 이 제품을 구매하는 것같습니다.

Given that there are too many similar products recently, we must make some distinctions:
1. Using 2.7V 100F or 120F capacitor with very low internal resistance, 2 series 8 parallel, Internal resistance: 5 milliohms，a total of 400F, not 1600F
2. Using 25 square soft AWG silicone wire, lower internal resistance and good feel
3. It adopts red copper threaded soldering pen, which has lower internal resistance and more durable than traditional brass soldering pen
4. The control panel has been updated with new functions, we will always release new versions, so stay tuned
5. Our price may be higher than other shops, but the materials we use will be better than other shops, at least I think our spot welding machine is the best in its class
6. This product is assembled and finished. It can be used directly after receiving the goods. In addition, please note the type of plug you need when ordering. Regarding tariffs, we will make some efforts to this end
7.Added voltage 1 and voltage 2 display functions to control the voltage during spot welding
The use of the machine:
Connect the charger，the lower right corner is the rotation button, the rotation can move the cursor and adjust the value size, and the confirmation is to press the button.
1.The larger the value of the pulse, the stronger the welding ability. For example, the value of pulse one for spot welding 0.15MM nickel is about 7, and the pulse two can be adjusted.
Wait: Simply put, the larger the continuous discharge value, the longer the continuous discharge time.
Automatic welding: It can be adjusted according to your own requirements ... (Novice recommends more than one second)
2.The voltage setting in the interface can adjust the voltage discharge voltage of the capacitor, for example: the capacitor is a single 2.8V, then the voltage is 5.6V after the series connection, if the capacitor is 2.7V, it is 5.4V adjustable, remember not to exceed the voltage after the series!
3.System setting:
(1)The charging current refers to the charging speed at which the capacitor is charged, the larger the value, the faster the charging, the value range is 1-10A
(2) Single capacitor withstand voltage: refers to the withstand voltage range of a single capacitor, such as 2.7V withstand voltage and 2.7V capacitor. This is safe. The 2.8V capacitor is set to 2.7V. This is not overvoltage and long-term use Will cause damage to the capacitor
Do not set a voltage value that exceeds the capacitance! Save and exit after making data changes!
4.E.g:
Spot welding 0.15 nickel sheets setting: pulse 1 is 5ms, pulse 2 is 5ms, and AUTO is 1S.
Spot welding 0.2mm nickel settings: pulse 1 is 12ms, pulse 2 is 5ms, AUTO for 1S
It is recommended that pulse1 and pulse2 be set within 20ms to keep the spot welder healthy

스펙을 보면 이 제품이 더 좋아 보여서 판매자한테 문의했더니 성능은 위의 슈퍼 콘덴서 기반의 스폿 용접기가 더 좋다고 하더군요.

슈퍼 콘덴서 기반의 스폿 용접기처럼 비싼 제품이 아니라 어쩌다 사용하기에 사용 빈도가 많지 않다면...
이 제품도 국내 사용자의 구매 평을 보면 가성비로 좋은 것같습니다.
제품 설명 초반에 10600mah 옵션에 대한 설명이 있습니다.

참고로, 시중에 판매되는 헨드핼드용 스폿기 중 내부 저항이 가장 낮다고 설명되어있습니다.

스펙을 보면 0.3mm까지 가능해 보이지만 0.25mm 정도로 참고하시기 바랍니다.
